Pregnant reality star Lyric McHenry, 26, found dead on Bronx sidewalk

McHenry was reportedly 20 weeks pregnant. No obvious signs of trauma were observed.

Authorities said that McHenry was found wearing a pajama top and underwear, but no trousers, the Daily Mail reported. EMS responded to the location and transported the aided female to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.

Her sister Maya McHenry joined in on the celebrations. "Police are investigating, the matter is ongoing".

McHenry, a Stanford graduate, tried her hand at reality TV a few years ago when she helped produce her childhood friend EJ Johnson's "Rich Kids" spinoff "EJNYC". According to the Daily News, a small Ziplock bag of cocaine was found on McHenry, and police suspect she died of an overdose.

Aside from visible bruises on her knees, there were no other injuries or cuts reportedly found on McHenry's body.

Just hours before her death, her Instagram story revealed she was partying at several places around NYC, including the Frederick Hotel, the SoHo Grand and Dream Downtown in lower Manhattan. The show lasted one season.

She posted an Instagram story of McHenry happily posing for the camera, the caption reading '@lyric_leigh bday turnup'.

Last week, Johnson celebrated McHenry's birthday with a loving social media post.

Doug McHenry is known for directing projects like "Jason's Lyric" and "House Party 2", and for producing films such as "Krush Groove", "New Jack City" and "Mr. Murder". "I love you?? #leoseason #teamthis", he wrote.
