Two Koreas pledge to boost ties

"I'm devastated", Mr Kim Myong-sung of the Chosun Ilbo, a conservative South Korean newspaper, told Reuters, adding that he had been told of the decision just before he was due to depart for the DMZ.

Nearly 1,200 North Koreans were living and working in Mongolia at the end of a year ago, before United Nations sanctions against Pyongyang required them to leave.
