Pregnant Meghan Markle reveals the 4.30am activity helping her sleepless nights

Meghan Markle talked about what her pregnancy has been like during a conversation with a royals fan at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Friday.

The Duchess of Sussex, who's now away on her Australian royal tour, opened up about how she is dealing with her pregnancy side effects, comparing her experience to being jet lagged.

Hundreds waited patiently as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took part in a mental health discussion before meeting the waiting crowds.

"It's a bit of a double whammy for her, she said, as she has both the baby and jet lag to contend with". "She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep".

The couple met a community surfing group called OneWave, which raises awareness of mental health, before going for a walk along the sand.
