Demi Lovato reportedly out of rehab

Sources close to Lovato told The Blast that she is "trying to live a healthy life and concentrate on remaining sober following her 90-day stint in rehab".

E! reports that Demi completed a three-month stay in rehab, though it's unclear if her trek to the sushi spot was part of a weekend leave from the facility or if she's out for good.

As we reported, on Saturday night, the two had dinner at Matsuhisa restaurant in Beverly Hills.

We just got these photos of Demi and clothing guru Henry Levy grabbing coffee Sunday night in West Hollywood. and, as you can see, they're getting really close. TMZ reported that Lovato was also seen at a Beverly Hills spa over the November 3 weekend.

The singer overdosed on July 24 when her assistant found her unresponsive in her California home.

Following the announcement of her relapse, fans gathered outside a concert venue where she was slated to perform, singing some of her songs, including lyrics from one of her latest tunes, "Sober".

Lovato, 26, returned to Los Angeles several days ago and is "doing well so far", according to People.

She said she wasn't familiar with opioids before Lovato's overdose.

"She has (been sober for) 90 days and I couldn't be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it's work", De La Garza, 56, said. "It was a rough two days".
