Adele shares epic throwback snap to celebrate upcoming Spice Girls tour

As the Spice Girls continue to dominate headlines with news of their reunion tour, it's now emerged that fans have been singing some of their most famous lyrics wrong, for over 20 years. Victoria Beckham, who won't be a part of it, has sent the rest of her former bandmates love and luck for the shows.

There were jokes about Mel B "behaving herself" as they prepare for their Spice World shows next year - their first shows since the London Olympics closing ceremony in 2012, and their first tour since their last reunion 10 years ago.

Joined by Geri Horner, Melanie Chisholm and Emma Bunton - who is also a co-host on the radio show - the singer, 43, also teased that the iconic girl group could even record new music ahead of their six-date stadium tour, which kicks off next June. She's really supporting us.

She categorically confirmed she wouldn't return to the stage with the Spice Girls in a statement posted on Instagram earlier this week.

But Mel B, in typically cheeky form interjected: "She is joining us at Wembley on June 14th".

"Girls, I've missed you", said Emma to much chatter as they walked into the studio.

Whether 90s Union Jack waving product-placement driven feminism remains relevant in 2018 will be revealed when tickets go on sale on Saturday Morning for the hotly-anticipated shows.

The performers are excited to be back together on stage and "to spice things up all over again", said Bunton.
