Kanye West & Kim Kardashian's Home Close To Flames In California Wildfire

Kim Kardashian recently took to Instagram Stories to reveal how she had to evacuate her Hidden Hills property in Calabasas after a wildfire broke out in her neighbourhood. However, she learned upon landing that the flames were from the Woolsey Fire, not far from the compound she shares with husband Kanye West.

The Hill fire lead to the mandatory evacuation of almost 1,200 homes in multiple neighborhoods including Camarillo Springs and Dos Vientos, as well as the Cal State University Channel Islands campus and the Point Mugu Naval Base.

"Pray for Calabasas", wrote Kim Kardashian-West, star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", on a video she uploaded to her Instagram stories. We previously posted on Kim and Kanye who had one hour to evacuate their home and new reports from TMZ detail how they did so right on time since flames are inching closer to their property. "I pray everyone is safe", she wrote in one story with an aerial image overlooking the sweeping fire.

He also urged his fans to help out with relief efforts.

That fire has devastated the town of Paradise, where officials say almost every structure has been razed by out-of-control flames and five people were found dead in burned out vehicles early Friday afternoon.

The 2000-acre Woolsey Fire is now burning in Ventura County with officials reporting zero containment, per the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
