Wilder came forward again and caught him once more.

A year ago, Fury said, he weighed 181kg. "And the support that we got was great recognition for our team". Wilder had a gift decision in his own country.

"After two-and-a-half years out the ring, ten stone ballooned, mental health problems".

"I don't know what he was watching", added Fury. I was never going to be knocked down tonight. "I had to get up and show that you can continue, that you can carry on and anything is possible".

And although one judge scored the fight in Fury's favour, Alejandro Rochin had it 115-11 to Wilder while the third official had it as a tie.

Fury was also angered by British judge Phil Edwards for scoring the fight a draw at 113-113.

"Listen 100 per cent we'll do the rematch, but we're going to go away, recalculate, see what's going to happen, get back together", he said. "The respect was mutual".

Both men weren't overly upset by the verdict after a compelling bout in front of a frenzied Hollywood crowd. They embraced warmly and immediately talked about a rematch in the spring. "We poured our hearts out tonight. Me and this man are the two best heavyweights on the planet", added Fury, who exited his press conference after leading a rousing chorus of Don McLean's classic "American Pie".

Klopp laments 'not cool' celebration as Liverpool ride luck against Everton
Silva has injected both qualities into his team and there are clear signs of progress at Everton under the Portuguese coach. If I could describe (how he felt when Liverpool scored) I could control it and I probably wouldn't run on the pitch.

Jay-Z Addresses Kanye West and President Trump on Meek Mill's "Wh"
The thing I respect about him is he is the same person who interrupted our studio session, stood on the table and started rapping. Watch the Throne was released in 2011, and was an extremely popular album, so we would be pretty damn excited to see a sequel.

And the fighters delivered, each in his unique way. But 115-111 for Wilder is awful, just bad!

Instead, the main talking point from a thrilling contest was Fury's miraculous recovery after being knocked down by Wilder in the 12th round.

Tyson Fury says a "holy hand" brought him back from the 12th round knockdown. However on two occasions the Bronze Bomber landed shots good enough to put the challenger on the floor. "The world knows I won the fight".

"I really thought I had him out of there", Wilder said afterwards. I was forcing my punches too much. I didn't sit still. "I started overthrowing the right hand, and I just couldn't adjust".

Fury struggled to generate consistent offense until a strong sixth round, likely costing himself early rounds. The way he was able to slip the right hand [of Wilder], it was attractive boxing, no doubt about it.

The punch wasn't the biggest of the fight, but Fury was stunned - and he responded by getting up and raising his aggression in an exciting round.

He said: "It's an iconic comeback, isn't it?" You can't stop me getting up. Although opinion if actually split on social media, Ice Cube feels that Deontay Wilder was robbed on the night - that he wouldn't be lining for a rematch to the "boring" first order of business.

And yet, out of nowhere, with almost 34 minutes of fighting in the tank, Fury was able to spring back to life like a man possessed, beating the count. Everyone from Chadwick Boseman, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Shaquille O'Neal to boxing stars Gennady Golovkin and Mikey Garcia gathered for the marquee heavyweight bout. The SHOWTIME PPV undercard features unified 154-pound world champion Jarrett Hurd returning to take on Jason Welborn, Cuban heavyweight slugger Luis Ortiz facing-off against Travis Kauffman and rising heavyweight Joe Joyce battling Joe Hanks.
