Now a leak of the game's Xbox One cover art has popped up on Twitter, revealing the new game's title as Far Cry: New Dawn.

Spoilers for Far Cry 5 follow.

We don't know if Far Cry: New Dawn is a full sequel or a smaller spin-off, but both the box art and the teaser trailer released by Ubisoft does give us the basic details.

Final Eulogies Set for Former US President George HW Bush
The images come just days after Sully's Instagram account shared a photo of the visibly sad pup in front of Bush's casket. On Tuesday, Sully - who's named after pilot Sully Sullenberger - sat alongside Bush's casket as it lay in the U.S.

One Test to Diagnose Them All — Universal Cancer Test
The researchers found the signature in multiple types of breast cancer as well as in prostate and colorectal cancer, and lymphoma. And-perhaps best of all-the test doesn't rely on fancy equipment such as a DNA sequencing instrument.

Thousands of O2 users stuck offline in mobile phone blackout
Millions of people have been having problems with their mobile phones this morning, after the O2 network went down. In addition, London Bus timetables rely on O2's coverage, meaning that these were also down this morning.

Far Cry 5 launched earlier this year, so while it might seem too soon for the next chapter in the series, if the new game takes place within the same Hope County map, albeit with a post-apocalyptic twist, it would explain the relatively short development cycle. One thing we weren't expecting was the announcement of a new Far Cry, which the teaser trailer below may just be hinting towards (but probably isn't).

As for the teaser trailer below opens with a picturesque farm and a voiceover saying "none of us were ready for the end". It's not impossible, I suppose, but given the proximity to Far Cry 5's release, it does seem unlikely.

Plus, it's not hard to imagine an ending to Far Cry 5 where the Elder's Gate cult get their hands on a nuclear bomb, and do the unthinkable. Will it a standalone expansion like Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon? And with the show's composer confirming that ten new games will be revealed during the event - and with Nintendo also coyly tweeting about the Awards - it's certainly shaping up to be a show that gamers won't want to miss.
