Making its official debut at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the four-door CLA features the latest version of the brand's MBUX system, complete with a fresh "interior assist" function that "recognises operational demands from gestures".

Inside, the MBUX infotainment system is fitted - which debuted in the A-Class previous year and features the voice-activated "Hey, Mercedes" personal assistant. Hence, it is longer by 1.88 inch longer and 2.08 inch wider along with 1.18 inch longer wheelbase when compared with predecessor.

This sportier CLA offers less headroom than the hatch due to a swoopy roof which dips forcefully from the C-pillars, ending at a slimmer boot that features an altered light cluster design.

The smartwatch is essentially an add-on to the 2020 CLA Coupe with a design that's meant to go well with the new vehicle, as well as features that enhance it's tech-enabled credentials. The effect is of a more menacing auto. "What's more, the voice assistance no longer gets confused by other passengers conversing".

AT&T claims advanced 4G is '5G'
T-Mobile, for example, trolled AT&T with a video clip on Twitter that shows someone placing a "9G" sticker on their smartphone. The executive adds that AT&T's infrastructure is 5G-ready, and can be enabled via a software upgrade.

National Basketball Association investigates deal involving former Rebel McCaw
Some have speculated the Cavaliers made the moves to spite the franchise that beat them in three of the past four NBA Finals. McCaw averaged 4.0 points in 128 regular-season appearances with the Warriors in the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.

Four flu-related deaths in Medina County this season
Just last week, the Indiana Department of Public Health said flu activity is now "high" and "widespread" across the state. This is due in part to H1N1, known as the swine flu , being the dominant strain this year.

The new 2020 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 is a tech-heavy, style-centric sedan with a more potent turbo-4 and the automaker's latest infotainment system.

The CLA on display at CES 2019 is the CLA250 derivative, which employs a 2,0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine worth 165 kW and 350 N.m. Adaptive dampers are optional, as are 19-inch wheels. When the new CLA goes on sale globally, it will be offered with both diesel and petrol engines, with both manual and dual clutch transmissions and all-wheel drive as well. Mercedes-Benz claims that it has updated (or improved functionality of) features like active brake assist and active lane keeping assist, which are on offer as standard in the US.

In its design, the new CLA has echoes of the A-class and other recent new Mercedes but gets an elongated bonnet featuring a sharply raked nose, uniquely designed flat headlights and a prominent "powerdome" on the bonnet. The current model starts at $34,095, and we expect the new one will be at least as much, and probably a little more, and it'll be above the A-Class (which hasn't been priced yet, either). The Three Pointed Star will not only expand its retail network in newer markets, but also enhance the luxury experience across its dealership through innovative luxury elements. The motor is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.
