Vicky Kaushal's URI takes a good start at the box office

Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike released yesterday and it has been winning hearts everywhere. According to The Quint's Stutee Ghosh Kaushal, in his "all guns blazing avatar, plays his role with exactly the right amount of vigour and vulnerability".

URI is based on the surgical strikes carried out by the Indian Army in September 2016 after a horrific terrorist attack at an Indian Army Camp. Apart from Vicky, Uri also stars Paresh Rawal, Mohit Raina and Yami Gautam in pivotal roles. If yes, then let us know about your reactions. The film released across the country on January 11 and has managed to impress both critics and the audience. While URI is doing wonders at the box office, its competition, The Accidental Prime Minister, has shown limited growth on the second day. The film has so far collected Rs 215.03 core in India business.
