‘3 BHK’: It’s a wrap for Siddharth’s next with Sri Ganesh, co-starring Sarath Kumar and Devayani

We had earlier reported that actor Siddharth is teaming up with 8 Thottakkal director Sri Ganesh for a film titled 3BHK, which also stars veteran actors Sarath Kumar and Devayani, and actors Meetha Raghunath, Chaithra Achar and Yogi Babu. It’s now known that the film’s shooting has been wrapped up.

The makers of the film took to social media to share a clip from the last day shoot where the cast and crew celebrated the wrap with a cake.

Last month, the makers released the film’s first look and a title teaser, and from the looks of it, the film seems to be a breezy family drama about a middle-class family’s aspirations to own a new house.

Notably, with 3BHK and Jayam Ravi’s upcoming film Genie, Devayani is returning to Tamil cinema after 6 years. It is also noteworthy to mention that Sri Ganesh’s film marks a reunion between Sarath Kumar and Devayani; the two had starred in several hit films throughout the 90s and early 2000s, like Surya Vamsam (1997), Oruvan (1999), Paattaali (1999), Thenkasi Pattanam (2002) and Samasthanam (2002).

Meanwhile, Meetha is best known for starring in films such as Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee and Good Night. Chithra is best known for starring in Kannada titles such as Sapta Saagaradaache Ello – Side B and Toby.

3BHK went on floors in July last year. Veteran singer Bombay Jayashri’s son, Amrit Ramnath, is handling the film’s music, while Ganesh Siva is in charge of editing and Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus are the film’s cinematographers. Arun Viswa of Shanthi Talkies is producing the film.
