Jaaved Jaaferi says his X account is hacked

Actor Jaaved Jaaferi on Saturday said his X account has been hacked and asked fans to complain about the security breach to the microblogging site.

In an Instagram post, Jaaferi alerted his followers about the hack and shared screenshots showing how he was unable to access his X page. Jaaferi’s latest film release was Avinash Das’ Inn Galiyon Mein. He will next be seen in Dhamaal 4.

Recently, singer Shreya Ghoshal and actor Swara Bhasker’s X accounts were also hacked and restored later.

“Please don’t click on any link or believe any message written from that account. They are all spams and fishing links. I will update personally through a video if the account is recovered and is safe,” Shreya had said.

“Two images from two Tweets have been marked as ‘copyright infringements’. Basis which my X account is locked / disabled, I can’t access it and permanent suspension has been approved by your teams. There is no copyright violation. It is akin to urban modern folk idiom,” Swara had said.
